Recruitment And Hiring Manager Responsible for all recruiting and hiring needs for Advantage Behavioral Health Services, which includes Harmony Bay Wellness and Victory Bay Recovery. The focus of this position is to attract and maintain the best employees in our field through outreach, relationship and pipeline building, sourcing, creative advertising and leveraging our social media channels. Tasks & Responsibilities Essential Duties: Responsible for all recruiting and hiring for Advantage Behavioral Health Services Alongside of Senior Recruiter, develop and implement overall recruiting strategy Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill and proactively anticipate department needs including part-time, full-time, independent contractors and interns Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand position needs and details Responsible for meeting monthly hiring targets Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth employee transition from recruitment to hire to onboarding Build and maintain productive relationships with appropriate schools and institutions Facilitate hiring events on-site and at outside functions Ability to connect, dialogue and negotiate job offers with all levels of employees Mastery of in-house recruiting software Experience leveraging social media for maximum marketing reach Provides feedback and insight to consistently improve recruiting experience for internal and prospective employees Updates job knowledge and proactively stays on top on changing employment laws and competencies Improves organization's appeal by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks Additional Duties: Assists and covers other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department.
