Responsibilities Lead & Manage the Team: Oversee and empower HVAC technicians while cultivating a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration. Take Care of Customers: Ensure top-tier service, resolve concerns quickly, and build long-term customer relationships. Drive Exceptional Metrics: Own team KPIs and develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer retention, and revenue growth. Design Elite-Level Training: Recruit HVAC talent, build training programs, and promote ongoing skill development and career advancement.
