Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process for drivers and maintain a pool of prospective candidates Source, recruit, screen, and interview experienced driver candidates through various methods Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct training and safety meetings for drivers Required Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in safety and training, preferably in the transportation industry Experience in driver training, recruitment, and safety compliance Knowledge of hiring drivers from different states in the US At least three years of truck driving experience is an asset Proficient with Microsoft Office
