HR Generalist ESOP Environment In-Office | MondayFriday | 8:00 AM4:30 PM Full-Time | Exempt | Reports to President Join a company where employees dont just work here they own it. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our employee-owned (ESOP) organization. This role plays a key part in fostering an ownership mindset, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring HR practices align with both business goals and our ESOP culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding Maintain HRIS, employee records, and compliance documentation Administer benefits, leave, and payroll coordination Support performance management and employee development Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and required postings Assist leadership with ESOP and profit-sharing documentation and communications Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and appreciation events Serve on the Safety Committee and promote a safe workplace Provide hands-on HR guidance to managers and employee-owners Qualifications: ? Bachelors degree ? 57 years of progressive HR experience ? Experience in an ESOP or employee-owned company strongly preferred ? PHR or SPHR certification preferred ? Strong communication and relationship-building skills ? High level of discretion and professionalism ?
