A company is looking for a Customer SIEM Engineer to facilitate mission support and onboarding efforts for customers. Key Responsibilities Lead the onboarding journey by taking technical ownership of customer relationships post-sale Architect data pipelines and implement data ingestion strategies for efficient normalization and parsing Collaborate with customer security teams to build and deploy advanced detection queries and alerting logic Required Qualifications 3-5+ years in a technical role such as Security Engineer, SIEM Administrator, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Deep knowledge of Linux internals, file systems, and performance tuning Proficiency in Shell scripting, Python, or Powershell for automation tasks Experience with security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK) and translating TTPs into search queries Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade SIEM platforms or similar architectures
