QPharma is currently looking for a Regulatory Specialist/Paralegal for our Cedar Knolls, NJ location. Primary responsibilities will include the following: Perform license gap analysis for clients Complete and submit federal and state distribution license applications for clients Monitor status of submitted licenses Perform research on state license requirements as needed The ideal candidate must be able to review and interpret laws and regulations. He/she should have experience with submission of state wholesale distribution licenses and experience in conducting legal/regulatory research.Paralegal experience a plus
