A company is looking for a Global Financial Controller - Business Assurance. Key Responsibilities Lead global financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and performance reporting Participate in M&A activities, including due diligence and financial integration of acquired companies Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as the primary finance contact for local and global stakeholders Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA or ACCA certification is a plus At least 15 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or business partnering roles in multi-regional environments Proven track record in M&A processes, including due diligence and valuation Advanced proficiency in financial tools, particularly Oracle ERP, and experience with analytics and automation tools Fluency in English is required; fluency in German is a strong advantage
