Project Manager For Academic Healthcare Projects In Ct Our client is a third-generation, family-owned construction management firm with nearly a century of experience delivering projects across New England. Job Description Manage large-scale construction projects throughout the New Haven, CT area. Support and deliver major institutional work, including projects within university campuses. Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate closely with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams. Lead both renovation and ground-up construction efforts. Track project performance using Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements. The Successful Applicant 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC or CM firm. Background managing large and complex projects valued at scale. Experience in higher education, healthcare, life science, office, or commercial construction. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Ability to commute to projects in and around New Haven or Hartford, CT. Open to an on-site role with no remote or hybrid option.
