Key Responsibilities Gather and assemble claim information by contacting relevant parties to ensure documentation accuracy Calculate claim proceeds by analyzing loan history and coverage documentation Enter all payments for settlements and maintain an effective claims management diary Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Texas Property & Casualty License required Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
