Key Responsibilities Prepare and file high-volume PERM applications under attorney supervision Compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, and maintain client documentation Communicate directly with multiple attorneys regarding case progress and requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program 2+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience, specifically in complete-cycle PERM Experience in a large law firm environment is preferred Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
