A company is looking for a Cash Posting Specialist to lead operations in cash collections and reconciliation for Home Health & Hospice agencies. Key Responsibilities Accountable for collection efforts and procedures, providing training and support to cash posters Maintain knowledge of payor contracts and government billing regulations, serving as a resource for agency personnel Review, research, and post various types of funds, preparing cash reports and resolving discrepancies Required Qualifications At least three years of experience in healthcare billing and collections management, preferably in home health or hospice operations Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment Demonstrated capability to manage detailed information accurately Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders Demonstrates flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
