Holman is currently seeking a full-time Regional Pricing Analyst to join our Central Pre-Owned Team! This role reports to the Regional Performance Manager and the principal purpose of the position includes: To assist in analyzation of Pre-Owned inventory for the assigned retail market Comprehensive understanding of the National Pre-Owned Industry / Market (e.g.; market performance, opportunities and projections). Continuously analyze the assigned retail market's internal performance; and the identification of opportunities / gaps. Consistent communication and collaboration with Store Management teams in assigned market. Perform relevant market / performance analytics e.g., to inform and influence strategy or key business decisions. Provide analytical support, thought partnership, and / or project management structure. Education and/or Training: Skill-Intermediate skill level related to IT or computer utilization is a must, most important will be proven ability to adapt to changing environments, ability and willingness to conceptualize change through the use of technology (example would be someone who utilized a cell phone to manage their schedule before that was a widely accepted communication vessel for scheduling) Experience-Desired experience would be individual who relies heavily on the use of any kind of software to manage their work load, in particular someone whom has found ways to add efficiencies or effectiveness to their workloads by utilizing various software, additional experience desired would be an experienced user of excel product Practical/Technical Knowledge-Potentially data entry with a remedial understand of practical applications of data Planning-Someone with a very regimented schedule would be most desired, not the typical which fire burns hottest mentality but someone who can manage very precisely to the task at hand ensuring optimization as growth in the department occurs Organizing-Someone with a high organizational skill set Managerial Knowledge-Time management skills will be most relevant to this job Communicating and Influencing Skills-Must communicate respectfully and informatively with others, able to provide honest and constructive feedback on processes implemented, additional communication skills could look to be developed. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
