A company is looking for a VP Accounting (Corporate Controller) to lead and evolve its global Accounting function. Key Responsibilities Lead the global accounting function, ensuring accurate IFRS reporting and high-quality audit outcomes Provide technical accounting leadership on complex topics and translate requirements into practical business solutions Build and develop a high-performing organization while designing scalable systems and controls Required Qualifications Senior-level experience in a global Accounting or Controller function in a complex, multi-entity environment Strong technical accounting judgment, particularly in IFRS and global payroll operations Experience with automation and modern finance capabilities, preferably with NetSuite Proven ability to lead teams through transformation and influence cross-functional leaders Experience in high-growth, recurring-revenue business environments
