Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end execution of scientific programs, managing timelines, milestones, and cross-team dependencies Manage a high volume of concurrent bioinformatics projects, overseeing pipeline development and related initiatives Translate scientific and technical strategy into executable project roadmaps in collaboration with Engineering and Product Managers Required Qualifications: 8 years of laboratory or scientific experience with a bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, genetics, or computational biology 3 years or more experience managing interdependent bioinformatics software programs 3 years or more experience with program and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
