Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize complex table-driven contact flows and large data tables within Amazon Connect Build, enhance, and maintain Amazon Lex V2 bots for automated customer interactions Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and troubleshoot call flow and telephony issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience 5 years of experience with infrastructure technologies Experience with Amazon Connect and Lex V2 Understanding of AWS services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
