Key Responsibilities Process multistate payroll and manage employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll Act as the primary contact for employee leave requests and manage benefits administration Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring data accuracy in HRIS Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration across multiple US states Familiarity with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Understanding of payroll law, compliance, and basic Federal employment laws Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Proven accuracy in data management and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
