Key Responsibilities Support leaders with performance management guidance and employee relations in a fast-paced environment Coordinate and administer performance management processes, including training support and documentation Analyze people and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Required Qualifications 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a SaaS or Edtech company Experience supporting leaders with performance conversations and employee relations Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism Proficiency with Google Workspace and HR systems
