Job Description

Payroll Administrator We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to assist in the modernization of a multi-state, multi-FEIN payroll department. Utilizing key skills such as time management, attention to detail, and effective communication, you will be responsible for the day-to-day system maintenance and payroll processing activities for assigned pay groups from start to finish. Duties and Responsibilities Handle day to day payroll processing in ADP Vantage Calculate, confirm and transmit payrolls for each assigned pay group. Process data changes including new hires, pay rate changes, terminations, etc. Respond to payroll related inquiries and collaborate with partners to resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate payroll records and handle confidential information with discretion. Assist the team in identifying and implementing process improvement and efficiencies.
