Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of outdoor structures and facilities. - Perform landscaping duties, including planting, trimming, and maintaining greenery. - Operate basic tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hand tools. - Clean and maintain outdoor work areas, ensuring they are free of debris and hazards. - Load and unload materials and equipment as needed for project completion. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. - Assist in minor construction and repair tasks as directed. Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. - Previous experience in outdoor labor or a similar role is an advantage. - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects. - Familiarity with basic tools and machinery used in outdoor labor. - Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Willingness to work in various weather conditions. - Good communication skills and a cooperative nature.
