What you will receive: Competitive compensation and benefits Career growth and development opportunities Work life balance and flexibility, work wellness Responsibilities What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to: Manage day-to-day business and administrative operations at the location Implement and maintain internal financial controls and standardized operational processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements Oversee accurate client billing and collaborates with leadership and billing/collection staff for maximum reimbursement Supervise accounts payable processes, addressing late payments or issues promptly Serve as a liaison to corporate departments, handling administrative functions like finance, HRIS, billing, and payroll Qualifications What you will need: A minimum of an Associate of Arts Degree in Business or related degree. Significant direct work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
