What You'll Be Doing Perform welding and fabrication tasks to maintain and repair equipment and structures Safely operate cutting torches, welders, and related tools to support plant operations Inspect, troubleshoot, and identify needed repairs to reduce equipment downtime Follow established safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding safely and effectively Capability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Commitment to performing work safely in a fast-paced industrial setting Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
