Position Summary The Revenue Cycle Billing Manager is responsible for the operational effectiveness, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of healthcare billing and revenue cycle activities. This role provides hands-on leadership across billing operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant claim submission and reimbursement. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee day to day healthcare billing and revenue cycle operations Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and contractual requirements Manage, coach, and develop billing team members Monitor and report revenue cycle KPIs Identify and implement process improvements Collaborate cross functionally to resolve billing issues Ability to manage multiple EMR systems Support system enhancements and payer changes Qualifications 5-7 years of healthcare billing/RCM experience required Home health or post-acute billing experience preferred Bachelor's degree in business is a plus Leadership experience managing billing teams Strong Excel and billing system proficiency Benefits 401k with Company Match Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance HSA & FSA Paid Time Off Employee Discount Program Work Environment Hybrid/office-based role with regular computer use.
