Camping World is seeking a Payables/Title Clerk Associate for our growing team.The Payables Receivables Associate will help support the dealerships with various accounting related tasks.What You'll Do:Stock in new inventoryGeneral Ledger entriesEnter accounts receivable invoicesMake bank deposits and bank reconciliationIssue internal invoicesCommunicate with dealership personnel regarding inventory updatesData EntryWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:Applicant must be diligent, organized and extremely detail orientedA/R experienceBank reconciliation experienceIntermediate computer knowledge with MS Office including Excel, accuracy with 10 keypad and typing skills neededSelf-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize scheduleKnowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) would be helpful but not necessaryAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demandsMay hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPay Range:$17.96-$21.71 HourlyIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
