The Warehouse Manager / Truck Driver plays a key role in supporting both store teams and customers by ensuring accurate inventory flow and safe, timely deliveries. Why join us? Job Details Warehouse & Operations: Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, inventory control, and order fulfillment Maintain organized storage systems and ensure accurate stock levels Lead and support warehouse staff with scheduling, training, and performance oversight Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures Driving & Delivery: Valid California drivers license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required, depending on vehicle class) Experience operating box trucks and safely transporting materials Load and unload products including plants, soil, and landscaping materials Deliver goods to retail locations and occasionally to customer sites General Qualifications: 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience 1+ years in a supervisory or lead capacity preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work outdoors in varying conditions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on work If youre someone who likes staying active, leading from the front, and keeping operations tight and efficient, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a respected, community-focused organization.
