Business Office Manager will play a crucial role in the financial management and administrative operations of our facility. This position requires a skilled professional with a strong background in payroll processing, financial management, and office administration. Business Office Manager Responsibilities: Manage Semi-Monthly payroll for all staff members. Ensure accurate and timely time keeping for employees. Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies. Oversee billing and accounts receivable processes. Manage and compile with Medicare and Medicaid billing regulations Coordinate with the billing team on benefits. Process daily/weekly Accounts Payable to payable software. Maintain resident trust accounts and comply with state regulations regarding funds. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with regulations. Supervise and coordinate administrative functions within the business office. Maintain organized and efficient record-keeping systems. Assist with human resources tasks, including benefits administration. Effectively communicate with staff, residents, and external vendors. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Participate in meetings to discuss financial and administrative matters. Business Office Manager Education/Experience Requirements: Proven experience in payroll processing and financial management. Familiarity with long-term care regulations and compliance is a plus. Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
