Key Responsibilities: Connect with customers by promptly responding to their needs while demonstrating knowledge of store products and policies. Process transactions accurately and efficiently through the register. Handle various payment methods and provide receipts as needed. Balance cash register transactions daily, ensuring accuracy. Display strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Contribute positively to the team atmosphere and embrace a culture of improvement. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Assist with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED with at least 12 months of customer service/cashier experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Schedule: Flexible availability required between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. (Mon-Sat) and 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Sun). Average hours per week: 40.
