We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking IT Manager to spearhead our Data and Analytics Platforms Engineering team during this transformative period. As the Data Platforms Manager, you will oversee the governance and evolution of enterprise data and analytics platforms crucial to business functions, ensuring they remain scalable, secure, and aligned with our evolving needs. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of data products and solutions on enterprise data and analytics platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, MS Purview, Power BI, Databricks, Cognite). Transform business priorities into enhanced platform capabilities that promote advanced analytics, reporting, and AI/ML solutions. Design and implement RPA and Agentic AI solutions to streamline business processes, ensuring performance and compliance with security standards. Manage cloud-based Data Operations and Contextualization platform, utilizing knowledge graph databases for effective industrial data integration and real-time insights. Oversee deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models, optimizing performance with proven DevOps and MLOps frameworks. Lead cross-functional projects to integrate AI/ML and RPA within operations, managing teams of technologists and engineers. Establish monitoring and incident management processes for data pipelines, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements. Manage external partners and coach internal teams on data platform best practices. Guide day-to-day operations of the IT team, providing mentorship to ensure assignments are completed effectively. Collaborate with management to set team goals aligned with the organizational vision. Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, leading the team through transformative changes. Identify technology needs and collaborate with IT groups to deliver effective solutions. Ensure technology systems' security, reliability, and availability, implementing protective measures for sensitive information. Plan and provide leadership for IT projects, managing the project portfolio through governance and planner processes. Assist in developing and managing the department budget, ensuring resource allocation meets business needs. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field required. 10+ years of diversified IT experience required. 3+ years of experience in a leadership position required.
