Coverage Needed Start Date: As soon as credentialed End Date: 6 months (expected) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts; hrs Call: Primarily in one location, no OB call Call 1:3/1-2 holidays per year Weeknight call until 11pm Weekend call 7am - 11pm Orientation: One to two business days for orientation and proctoring Clinical Details Float position between multiple locations Independent model Cases/Procedures: Scopes, bread & butter, laparoscopic abdominal procedures, Ophthalmology (cataracts), Podiatry (4 days per month), Orthopedics (1/2 day per month with blocks), Vascular (occasionally, 1 day per month), Cardiology (TEEs/Cardioversions), Surgical procedures (General Anesthetics, MAC, Regional skills, Blocks optional), ward & Emergency Department needs (IV access, Airway access, Provider expertise support) GI cases only at one location Inpatient: 10-20% Outpatient: 80-90% EMR: EPIC Call: 1-hour response time Requirements ACLS, PALS, BLS certifications Case Logs: Must demonstrate CRNA-related services to a minimum of 75 patients in the past 12 months MI license only 1 year of work experience
