This is a CityState Field Deputy Command Chief is a service job based in trust, credibility, and competency. It is a critical requirement of this position that the incumbent displays the desire and ability to perform and behave (on duty, as well as off duty) in a manner that does not damage or endanger the loss of trust with the members, resident, citizens, co-workers, and other CityState associated brand or line of service. Purpose: CityState Deputy Chief Job Purpose: Assists the Facility Chief and Subordinate Chiefs under his/her in commanding and supervising Special Response Technician personnel in all aspects of fire and activities and in the administration of the CityState, for the purpose of assuring the safe and efficient operation of the Facilities and or Environment(s) of the CityState. The Deputy Chief shall be charge with the total operations of the crew(s) assigned and the effective management of staff, CityState assets, CityState Relationship with BBA. The Deputy shall be appointed to a Facility Board of Supervising Deputy Chiefs where their responsibility is to continue to develop, evolve, secure and maintain leadership that your co-works can rely on and guarantee the moral and ethical presence of Server, Protect, Honor and Trust the core drive of the CityState. Duties & Role: Follows assigned duties given by Facility Chief or Board of Trustees Responds to events/incidents; participates & assists in supervising all phases of incident mgmt. & special response technicians' (SRT) activities such as task & project management with overall directing of any event in Supervisor Capacity until a supervisor officer takes command Requirement description : MUST have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Mgmt., Business Operations, or Logistics - REQURIED 8+ years of industry experience - REQUIRED Knowledge of principles & practices of Ops/Staff Mgmt., AP/AR analysis Understanding of Corporate Business structures & systems with knowledge in Construction of policies & procedures Knowledge & demonstration of various Microsoft Systems including Perficient IT services Knowledge of HR policies, rules & procedures, Orders, SOPs including other written standards Ability to apply knowledge of principles & practices during instruction and/or training of staff & other facility personnel Current front end & backend business operations knowledge Knowledge of healthcare, medical EMR/EHR/PM systems, healthcare industry & incident management system Weekend Requirements : None On Call Requirements : Yes, TBD
