"Per holiday hour, no OT" Hourly - ####-####/hour - "Per hour, not OT" Schedule/Availability Requirements: Start: October 7, 2024 Schedule: Week of 10/7,10/21, 11/4, 11/18, 12/2, 12/16, 12/30 - Thu - Sat 7am-5:30pm Week of 10/14, 10/28,11/11, 11/25, 12/9 - Mon-Thu 7am-5:30pm Assignment: Work under the direction of the pain management physician. Facility Location: Angels Camp, CA (590 Stanislaus Ave) Setting: Outpatient Clinic. Low MME clinic FTE: 0.75 Duties: See pain management patients. NP/PA not expected to escalate opiate doses. This is typically only done by the physician Required Procedures: none. Procedures optional. Physician willing to teach if NP/PA interested EMR: Cerner PCA Support Staff: Medical Assistant, Front Office and Working under the direction of our Pain Management Physician Reason for Coverage: growing pain managment practice. In process of recruiting for a part time PA but need coverage in the interum. Travel Preferences (see attachment for specific travel guidelines): • Preferred Lodging: none. In the event that the CommonSpirit Health preferred hotel is not available, hotel/lodging rates will be reimbursed based on actual expense, up to 1.5 times the current GSA rate for the market. • Air Travel: ####50/round trip cap • Rental Cars: ####/day all in cap (including taxes and fees) regardless of car class. • Mileage: IRS Standard #### • Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations.
