Marketing Associate We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized entry-level Marketing Associate to support our growing marketing team at F&S Fresh Foods. In this role, you will assist in executing marketing initiatives, coordinating trade shows and events, and providing administrative and project support to ensure successful campaign delivery. This position plays a key role in strengthening our brand presence and supporting our continued growth. About the Role As a Marketing Associate, you will support the execution of marketing projects and initiatives across multiple channels. You will assist with event coordination, marketing communications, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with 12 years of experience who enjoys balancing logistics, creativity, and organization while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of trade shows, food expos, customer events, and internal meetings Coordinate event logistics including vendors, timelines, marketing materials, product samples, and on-site support Track event budgets, process invoices, and assist with post-event follow-ups and reporting Assist in the creation, proofreading, and distribution of marketing materials and promotional items Support social media initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and website content updates Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and inventory of branded materials Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and reporting Assist with market research, data collection, and coordination with sales and operations teams Perform special projects and additional marketing support as needed Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required 12 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related role Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Monday.com and social media platforms preferred Dependable and accountable with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Willingness to travel for on-site event support What You'll Bring Ability to balance creativity with logistics and organization Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, growing organization Interest or experience in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (a plus) Familiarity with trade shows or B2B events and basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe (a plus) Salary Range Compensation: Hourly rate $24- $31 based on experience.
