We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our growing team. This internship is ideal for a college student or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing activities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Marketing Intern, you'll assist with social media management, campaign execution, content creation, and digital organization. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and broader team to help bring marketing initiatives to life that drive engagement and awareness. Key responsibilities include: Social Media Support: Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling of content across company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.) Coordinate post approvals and publishing timelines Monitor comments and engagement, flagging opportunities and feedback to the team Collaborate with designers to ensure visuals align with brand guidelines Assist in gathering and organizing social media metrics for reporting Campaign & Content Support: Assist in the development of marketing materials, including social posts, email copy, and digital assets Help coordinate campaign tasks, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Support blog and website content updates Assist in repurposing content for multiple platforms and audiences Digital & Marketing Operations: Support marketing email setup and contact list management Help maintain campaign calendars, shared folders, and documentation Perform basic administrative tasks related to marketing operations and reporting Preferred education and experience include: Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field Familiarity with major social media platforms and interest in digital marketing Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Pardot or other marketing software Organized, dependable, and eager to learn new skills Positive attitude and collaborative mindset Physical requirements include: Must be able to remain stationary for a long period of time, including working on a computer.
