Now Hiring: Production Assembly – $18.50 per hour | Full-Time | Lenexa, KS No prior assembly experience required - we provide training. Starting Pay: $18.50 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday (6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) On-Site Position If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Assemble automotive parts and components Operate production machinery Inspect finished products for quality Move materials throughout the production area Lift up to 50 lbs as needed Keep your workspace clean and safe Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and work ethic Ability to stand for long periods Willingness to work overtime if needed High school diploma or GED preferred Previous production or assembly experience is helpful but not required Benefits Weekly pay Paid holidays PTO (80 hours first year) Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) Safe Harbor with 3% company contribution $100 monthly food credit (on-site kitchen) Employee discounts Employment is contingent on a background check.
