As a Technical Product Manager, you will drive programs and projects that impact all of engineering such as generative AI adoption, infrastructure, developer tools for front and backend, CI/CD, site reliability, and testing. The Role Advocate and drive large cross-engineering initiatives in the developer experience and platform engineering space Be a champion for developer experience with a drive to show success through metrics Own our roadmap for developer tools and generative AI Work with feature teams, engineers, and leadership to prioritize work and build a robust and compelling roadmap Identify opportunities for and evangelize for collaboration across engineering teams Reconcile competing priorities across teams, including more senior engineers and directors Motivate teams to embrace new responsibilities and when to fall back on more directive changes Design and drive the adoption of technical and process tools for raising developer tools standards at Redfin Write proposals and analyses for new devex or infrastructure investments and drive their implementation Deep knowledge of at least one AI code generation tool, such as GitHub CoPilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar Work directly with engineering leaders to ensure they have the correct level of visibility Required Skills & Experience Experience successfully running high-visibility cross-team projects Proven history managing and maintaining mission-critical systems & services 5+ years of experience as a product manager or TPM Strong experience driving the full product lifecycle, including defining and hitting success metrics, in a fast-moving atmosphere A track record of delivering technical programs that impact multi-team organizations with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with diverse teams Using and evangelizing approved AI code generation tools to document, architect, and create code.
