As an Associate Team Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a retail tax office during the busy tax season. You'll begin with a flexible part-time schedule in late fall, transitioning to a full-time schedule from January through April. Your goal will be to consistently exceed client expectations while managing daily operations in the tax office. Your Contributions Will Include: Assisting the Multi-Unit Team Leader as the primary contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring high-quality service to promote the H&R Block brand. Enforcing accountability among tax office associates to maintain an exceptional client service experience, escalating issues to leadership as needed. Managing onsite client service concerns and addressing escalated issues promptly. Overseeing client scheduling and resolving any conflicts, with guidance from team leaders when necessary. Leading the office operations from the front desk, providing phone support and engaging with clients to ensure a remarkable experience. Coordinating daily activities to ensure all associates are scheduled effectively and that work is completed on time while meeting quality standards and operational goals. Facilitating daily team huddles to communicate essential information to office associates. Your Skills and Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a related role. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage daily office operations efficiently. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Proficient in using MS Office and other computer applications. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
