Description: Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Analyst will support the business in working together with operations, transportation and supplier resolving product returns on quality related issues. Key Responsibilities: Responsible of managing the return log file to keep track of the supplier returns Responsible of managing the Stock check file to keep track of the stock checks request from customers Responsible of processing supplier returns in a timely manner Responsible of keeping track and communicating to the team the XX inventory pending to return. Responsible for managing the inspection flag which helps in identifying defective inventory on the receiving dock. Responsible of creating MNCs in CQMS Other tasks related to Quality, as needed. Competencies: NA Education, Licenses, Certifications: Bachelor's degree preferred but, work experience similar to key responsibilities can be substituted. This position is a 6-month, onsite role with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
