Ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of successful experience with a large firm, handling commercial litigation. Experience in trade secret, copyright, or trademark litigation particularly helpful. Candidate should having a willingness to work on a broad range of litigation, however. Strong analytical and writing skills. Experience managing complex litigation, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions in state and federal court, drafting and opposing a range of motions, drafting and responding to discovery, ESI/electronic discovery. Proactive, entrepreneurial and resourceful, with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
