Primary Objective of Position: The Warranty Administrator is responsible for evaluating, processing, and resolving warranty claims while ensuring alignment with policies and providing exceptional service to dealers and internal teams. This role serves as a coordinator between Winnebago, dealers, and internal departments to support accurate claim adjudication, process compliance, Key Areas of Responsibility • Review, evaluate, and adjudicate warranty claims for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to published policies and procedures. • Provide guidance and support to dealers regarding proper claim submission, documentation requirements, and warranty processes. • Communicate warranty policies, updates, and decisions clearly and professionally to both internal and external stakeholders. • Analyze claims that fall outside standard guidelines and recommend appropriate resolutions, policy clarifications, or escalations. • Collaborate with internal teams and dealers to ensure timely, consistent resolution of warranty issues and shared alignment on requirements. • Coordinate the return of warranty-related products from dealers as part of established return programs. • Provide billing support for roadside assistance programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing. • Maintain and update warranty registration records to ensure accurate customer and product information. • Process customer reimbursements for Customer Care and Factory Service in accordance with established procedures. • Supply vehicle-specific data to dealers, including build sheets, title year confirmation, and open recall information. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and contributing to improved controls and customer experience. • Assist with change management efforts, including documentation of best practices, workflow updates, and development of training materials. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business needs.
