Customer Service RepresentativePosition Summary: A Customer Service Associate is responsible for creating, building, and maintaining relationships with all customers. Being the face of our clients company, it is the Customer Service Associate's job to be positive, respectful, and responsive to the needs of all clients. Through phone calls, emails, texts, social media, and in-person communications, our client is looking for someone who can provide a 5-star experience to their customers. Ultimately, a successful Customer Service Associate will know our clients' products and how they function. As well as understanding the sales cycle, to give customers confidence that our client is there to help them every step of the way. Job Roles: - Communicate with customers through: - Webforms - Social Media - Phone Calls - Texts - Walk-ins - Email - Create Estimates for each customer - Make sales - Schedule Deliveries or pickups - Follow up with Customers - Get 5-star reviews Skills Needed: - The ability to communicate clearly with customers. - Staying calm and positive under pressure. - The ability to multitask - talk and type at the same time. - Computer skills - typing Education Needed: - High School Diploma. - We are looking for a team member who is anxious to learn and grow. Physical Requirements: - Sit behind a desk all day long. - Physically talking to customers for hours each day. Job Details: - Full-time position (8 am - 4 pm) - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision InsuranceCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
