We?re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and delivera great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but arenot limited to, the following: Assist customers with questions andrecommendations Manage sales transactions while working assigned cashregister Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep thestore well-stocked, and recover merchandise Receive merchandise and helpwith unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance withproductivity standards Ensure a positive, safe, and respectfulenvironment while maintaining professional and friendly interactionswith customers, associates, and leaders Responsible for maintaining thecleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restockingbathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, andensuring all areas are neat and presentable Other duties as assignedSkills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is preferredPrevious customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant,grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred Ability to followinstructions and interpret operational documents is required Must beable to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder heightand meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling,climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting Excellent customerservice and relationship management skills are required Strongorganizational and communication skills are required Strongproblem-solving and decision-making skills are required
