Program Operations Assistant We are looking for a Program Operations Assistant to join our Talley team in Columbus, OH! Summary: The role of a Program Operations Assistant is to provide the Program Operations Coordinator support with managing the customer's third-party and Talley's material, coordinating will-call pick-ups and assisting the GC's. The goal is to ensure that all customer-owned material and Talley material Sales Orders are released by the customer need by date. What You'll Do: Identify material issues and notify the vendor within 24 hours Inventory material using ATT-provided tools (VAST, WWT) Process Sales Orders, Purchase Order, and Releases to deliver by the customer Need by Data Maintain updated assigned Warehouse Trackers forecasted sites (Shipped/Picked-up, Printed, Complete, BO ETAs) Manage GC Will Call email notifications Ensure Purchase Orders match Sales Orders Ensure material is received, picked, packed, and prepared for Will Call or shipment Help manage the Will Call and Shipment schedule to ensure on-time delivery Ensure all Will Call pick-ups are signed by GCs Maintains equipment tracker Handling product returns and exchanges over the counter; working with the Inventory Control Specialist with RGA's ensuring product that is returned is in re-sellable condition Engage work with a high sense of urgency and be highly organized and with a high degree of attention to detail Display strong work ethic and honesty and adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations Additional duties as business needs may dictate.
