Human Resources & Association Office Associate The Hockomock Area YMCA is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional to join our team. This full-time position plays an important role in supporting the YMCA's people and organizational operations. The Associate helps ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for employees across the organization including both year-round staff and large seasonal teams while maintaining accurate HR systems, documentation, and administrative processes. The role also serves as the Human Resources point person for the YMCA's evolving Internship and Work Study Programs, coordinating recruitment logistics, onboarding, and communication with supervisors and partner institutions. During periods when Human Resources workload allows, this position also provides administrative support to the Association Office and senior leadership. Responsibilities may include assisting with major organizational events, preparing event-related materials, and supporting broader association-wide initiatives. This unique role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across many areas of Human Resources, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee recognition and appreciation, learning and development, HR systems administration, and other core functions that support and strengthen the employee experience across the YMCA. This is a 40-hour per week, non-exempt position reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
