Spanish Support Representative Health Solutions is a premier wellness center focused on whole person care. We're hiring full-time Spanish Support Representative to work with our various Health Solutions Offices. As a member of the Spanish Support Representative, you would be working in a fast-paced medical, behavioral healthcare, and addiction recovery practice. Creating and sustaining positive, compassionate interactions with clients and co-workers, and providing high quality service will be central to the work you do. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities. Responsibilities: As a Spanish Support Representative under the supervision of the Director and Supervisor you will: Provide exemplary customer service. Actively engage with individuals who have both primary care and behavioral health needs. Accurately enter patient demographics, insurance, and medical information into the electronic health record Scan, upload, and organize new patient documentation Provide Spanish to English interpretation services during phone calls to ensure clear communication between patients and staff. Assist patients in understanding office policies, procedures, and next steps in their care. Translate in a manner that allows the speaker and the listener to receive information in a clear manner, which will ensure seamless communication between both parties. Translate messages simultaneously or consecutively while maintaining message content, context and style as much as possible. Listen to the speakers' statements to determine meanings and to prepare translation. Translate written forms, materials, and patient documents into English/Spanish, Spanish/English format as needed. Possess knowledge of the structure and content of the English/Spanish language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar and punctuation. Follow ethical codes that protect the confidentiality of information. Guide new patients through the intake process, ensuring all required paperwork, forms, and consents are accurately completed. Possess knowledge of principles and process for providing customer service during translating services. Identify and resolve conflicts related to the meaning of words, concepts, practices or behaviors. Manages multiple phone lines. Ensures timely and accurate connection for ongoing support. Verifies client payer eligibility. Schedules client appointments and complete client phone enrollments as requested Completes email tasks. Actively meet performance measures. Communicate with provider teams regarding patient needs via EHR. Maintain client electronic health records as needed. Complete other department's job requests as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and director. Current Colorado Driver License and access to transportation during work hours Skill in translating complex and lengthy legal documents from English to Spanish and documents from Spanish to English. Ability to interpret spoken language fluently while maintaining the original message's intent. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality is essential.
