Service Representative Salary Grade: Service Representative I or II (Based on experience) Duties: Represents the bank in a courteous, professional manner, and provides prompt, efficient and accurate service when processing transactions. Cross-sells bank services when appropriate and makes referrals to appropriate business partners. Strictly adheres to all current laws, security measures and organizational policies/procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and basic computer knowledge. Experience: Prior sales and cash handling experience preferred but not required. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
