Required Skills: Valid medical license to practice as an Otolaryngologist Board certification oreligibility in Otolaryngology Proven experience in performing all standard ENT procedures Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and patient care abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with audiology procedures and intraoperative techniques Prior experience in outpatient clinic management Proficiency with relevant medical software and electronic health records Multilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of a specialized residency in Otolaryngology At least 2 years of post-residency clinical practice preferred Other Requirements: Availability for Monday through Friday schedule, including clinic and surgical days Ability to take 1-3 call shifts per month (approximately 10 days) Willingness to perform routine "bread and butter" ENT procedures Capable of managing procedures in both clinical and surgical settings Compliance with all licensure, certification, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career with a reputable organization committed to excellence in patient care.
