Learn more at Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans for carpentry tasks. Measure, cut, and shape materials like wood, drywall, and trim using hand and power tools. Perform framing (walls, floors, roofs) and finish carpentry (doors, windows, cabinetry, trim). Install or repair stairs, flooring, drywall, siding, windows, doors, and related structures. Maintain jobsite safety and organization at all times. Collaborate with supervisors and fellow crew members to complete construction phases on schedule. Use and maintain tools properly; assist with tool inventory and upkeep. Document completed work, material use, and time spent daily. Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements. Support a team-first jobsite culture and participate in continuous improvement. Qualifications 5+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is a plus. Proficiency in using carpentry tools and interpreting blueprints. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or in a team. Physically able to perform construction tasks in various jobsite conditions. No certifications or licenses required.
