In this role, you will monitor General Ledger (GL) activity, reconcile reports, support retail staff with cash advance discrepancies, oversee foreign currency transactions, document variances, assist with garnishments alongside legal counsel, and provide customer support as needed. High School Diploma or GED is required. 2-3 years of customer service, relevant banking, and/or professional experience preferred. Hours of availability: Regularly scheduled hours/week: 40(+) | Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm | Extended working hours may be required. Essential duties and responsibilities Monitor GL balances, process daily tickets, and reconcile monthly and quarterly settlement reports. Balance daily cash advance activity, resolve discrepancies with retail staff, and manage daily slips and recap reports. Send daily recap emails summarizing variances, outstanding items, unprocessed recaps, and review follow-up emails to document outage reasons, missing tickets, and other discrepancies. Process foreign currency purchases and sales, verify customer orders, and provide required materials to retail staff. Prepare and submit weekly financial reports. Process garnishments and tax and child support levies by researching balances, coordinating with legal counsel when required, placing holds or debits, issuing cashier's checks, and assisting customers. Protect all customer information and bank operations through strict confidentiality. Operate computer software and equipment, telephone, scanner, copier, and develop proficiency with internal banking systems. Reliable transportation, punctual attendance, and the ability to work on-site with occasional extended hours when necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
