Job Title: Assembler Location: Florence, KY Employment Type: Permanent About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to assembling and testing products, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities Assemble components of all product lines using the correct tools and fixtures. Test assembled products and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly and testing process. Read blueprints, identify components, and use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques. Operate equipment, dimension, and set tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. Create labor records for all transactions and use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a physical agility test lifting up to 75 lbs. Local candidates only. Willingness to train for entry-level positions. Experience in reading blueprints and using hand tools. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
