By joining our rapidly growing Business Transformation practice you will lead workstreams and manage day-to-day delivery across capital markets transformation programs. You'll partner with client stakeholders to analyze processes and data, design target-state solutions, manage testing/UAT, and implement automationsparticularly in OTC derivatives and SFTwhile coaching junior team members. What You'll Do: Workstream leadership: Plan and run workstreams across operating model, process, data, and technology; manage scope, milestones, RAID, and cross-team coordination; conduct scrum for development/defect management. Lifecycle optimization: Analyze and improve trade capture, lifecycle, positions/P&L, valuation, confirmation, settlement, collateral, asset servicing, reconciliations, and reporting/data services. Domain coverage: Apply working knowledge across OTC derivatives, SFT (repo, securities lending, margin financing) and collateral mechanics. Requirements & specs: Conduct workshops, produce BRDs/FRDs, process flows (Visio or similar), and report specifications (data fields, sources, formulas/algorithms). Testing & UAT: Create system test plans, manage execution using JIRA (or equivalent), coordinate UAT with business users, and ensure functionality meets requirements. Process & automation: Design and implement process improvements and automation leveraging Power Automate, Alteryx, Power BI, UiPath; deliver dashboards and operational insights. Data work: Support data mapping, migration, controls, and visualization/analytics; use SQL/Python for profiling, analysis, and prototypes where applicable. Stakeholder engagement: Maintain relationships across Business Management, Sales/Trading, Risk, Legal, Technology & Operations, Compliance, Client Services; support change management and training activities. Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes What You'll Bring: Experience: 5+ years in management consulting and/or capital markets operations/technology roles with track record in transformation delivery. Product knowledge: In-depth understanding of equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, alternative assets. Lifecycle & systems: Understanding of front-to-back trade flows and typical systems/processes across Risk, Finance, and Compliance; familiarity with platforms like Murex, Calypso/Adenza, Bloomberg, MarkitSERV/DTCC, Acadia a plus. Execution skills: Strong background in process design/mapping, workflow development, UAT, system configuration/testing, status monitoring, and issue resolution. Data & tools: Experience with SQL/Python for analysis and Power BI for visualization; comfort with automation (Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath). Program methods: Working knowledge of governance, RAID, agile ceremonies, and project economics; ability to identify risks, manage expectations, and deliver to plan. Mindset: Energetic self-starter with strong problem-solving and systems thinking; validates outcomes with clients, shares alternative perspectives, and acts on feedback.
