Job Description

Administrative Assistant Community Services New Hope is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Community Living Director and Community Living Supervisors. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient operation of the Supported Community Living Program through high-level administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to fostering a collaborative and mission-driven work environment. Key responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Community Living Director and Supervisors. Preparing, typing, and maintaining evaluation and program documentation for the Supported Community Living Program. Entering and managing budget data with accuracy and timeliness. Reviewing staff timecards for completeness and accuracy. Examining Supported Community Living staff purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness prior to submission. Serving as a resource to staff regarding program documentation and compliance requirements. Safeguarding confidential client, personnel, and agency information in accordance with privacy standards and agency policy. Promoting a culture of trust, empowerment, teamwork, and professionalism by modeling integrity, confidentiality, and a supportive attitude. Participating in special project teams and performing additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in data entry and general office software applications. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Commitment to teamwork and fostering a positive organizational culture.
